Dog Walking Paddock terms & conditions of Use

By booking and using the paddock, you agree to the following rules and conditions.

Bookings & Access

• The paddock must only be used during your confirmed booking slot.

• Entry before or after your allocated time is not permitted.

• If you are late, your booking time does not get extended.

• Do not enter if another person or dog is still inside the paddock.

Supervision & Responsibility

• Dogs must be kept under control at all times.

• Do not let your dog dig.

• No dogs in season (in heat) are permitted.

• Puppies must have completed their full course of vaccinations before using the paddock.

Health & Welfare

• All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, worming and flea treatments.

• Dogs showing signs of illness, injury or contagious disease must not use the paddock

Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Owners must clean up after their dogs and dispose of waste in the bins provided.

• Please remove all toys, bowls and belongings before leaving.

• Any damage to fencing, equipment or the paddock must be reported immediately.

Children & Visitors

• Children are welcome but must be supervised at al times.

• Visitors enter the paddock at their own risk and must adhere to these rules.

Liability

• Use of the paddock is entirely at the owner’s/handlers risk

• The Paw Ground owners/management accept no responsibility for injury, illness, loss or damage to persons, dogs or property while using the facility.

• The Paw Ground will not be held responsible if your dog escapes. 

General Conduct

• Any photos that you send to us, tag or post on our Facebook or Instagram feed may be used on our social media feeds, our website and other marketing material unless you specially ask us not to.

• Please respect neighboring properties and keep noise to a minimum.

• Failure to comply with these rules may result in refusal of future bookings.
